ESSENTIALS is the debut collection of furniture and objects from German manufacturer Freifrau, led by Marie Saßmannshausen and Hanne Willmann, with pieces by eleven international designers. Its website launches soon. On set, I photographed behind the scenes of the production: the details, the hands at work and the process that brought each piece to life. It is a project that made me grow.
